Terms & Conditions for ticket purchase

By purchasing a ticket for Euromeeting 2027 from Round Table 73 Kajaani, you agree to the terms below. The event takes place on 21–23 May 2027 in Kajaani, Finland, with an optional pretour on 20 May 2027.

Ticket validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the event stated at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred to another person without our written consent.

Delivery

Your booking confirmation is delivered by email after successful payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds & cancellations

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.
  • If the event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to donate your ticket fee.
  • Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to event tickets tied to a specific date. By confirming your purchase, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

Responsibility

Round Table 73 Kajaani is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs in the event of cancellation or changes to the programme. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
