Refund Policy

We want to be clear and fair. Here is how refunds work for Euromeeting 2027 tickets and pretours. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

  • No refunds are issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts or no-shows.
  • Full refunds are issued if the event is cancelled.
  • If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact us within 14 days of it being announced.

Pretours

The same terms apply to the optional pretour on 20 May 2027 (€200 per person): non-refundable for change of mind or no-show, and fully refundable if the pretour is cancelled by us.

How to request a refund

To request a refund where eligible, contact us at samu@samurytkonen.com with your name and booking details.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, handled securely by Stripe. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
